Today, Noktor have officially announced their first Micro Four Thirds high-speed manual prime lens, the Noktor HyperPrime 50/0.95, and they also finally launched their website.
If that weren’t already exciting enough, here you can find one of the first galleries with some test shots made with a GH1 and said lens.
Also, reviews are coming up from Philip Bloom and Steve Huff, so there’s some exciting days ahead of us!
UPDATE: German photography magazine photoscala also mention the new Noktor 50/0.95, and have some additional info. But careful about the comments – trolls ahead …
UPDATE #2: Now dpreview also announce the new Noktor HyperPrime in their news feed. Again, not without mentioning that it “bears an uncanny resemblance to the Senko 50mm f/0.95 C-mount CCTV lens”. Now tell us something we didn’t already know …
UPDATE #3: On March 2nd, german technology website heise.de also mention the announcement of the lens. Read their short news here. (If this turns up at heise, it means it’s serious.)
