This one’s from April last year. I took it at the Dippemess in Frankfurt, Germany — a big semi-annual fair that offers a mix of amusement, food and trade. The same ferris wheel was featured here shortly after our visit, but from a different perspective. This picture was processed with Lightroom and Color Efex Pro 3, using the Kodachrome 64 Professional preset. PAD #104 | “Sunrise” | Around 8:30 a.m. at my office, I saw the sun rise above the hills surrounding Marburg. Recently, sunrises have been extraordinarily beautiful around here. This is the head of the first elk he ever shot, back in the sixties.

PAD #97 | “New toy” | This is one of Emil’s new toys that he got for christmas, a little wooden train with wooden tracks that can be arranged in a number of ways.
